We started with the flour. Naturally gluten-free grains, chosen for flavor, not filler. Sorghum for body. Millet for a soft, natural sweetness. Heritage grains with real character of their own, sourced from small mills we can name, then blended for flavor and a crumb that’s light, tender, and full of character.
Great coffee tells you where the beans grew. Great chocolate, where the cacao came from. We think a muffin mix should care just as much about the grain.
